1) Desire
- Identify your true desires, not what you believe you “should” want
- Find a way to enjoy dreaming rather than feel the lack of having what you want
- Take your power back and stop letting others direct your life
2) Limiting Beliefs
- We’ll get into greater detail than we did in the Rewiring Limiting Beliefs workshop
3) Identity/Ego
- Identify the roles you play in life and where you learned them
- Decide to start living with authenticity and integrity with your true self
- Eliminate detrimental identities such as illness, victim, and poverty
4) Time (past/future)
- Learn how to spend more of your time fully aware of the present moment, where all joy is found
- Discover if you live primarily through the experiencing self or remembering self
5) Negative patterns and wires
- Identify your conditioned triggers and patterns in your life, relationships, job, etc so that you can make decisions to stop them
- Learn tools for developing new JOY wires in your brain
- Learn tools for changing stress triggers (such as from negative memories) into positive ones
6) Your current mood
- Learn tools that will help you feel in control of your emotional state
- Use the most powerful tool for generating feelings of happiness—GRATITUDE
